Please contact us if you are stranded walking your bike.
Please understand due to insurance we can not transport you to a location,
we will bring you replacement rental equipment.

When capable, please temprarily share your location if you are walking your bike so we can find you.
Please allow upto 1 hour sharing, You will be able to stop sharing at any point OR when your issue is resolved.
Please send the shared location to [email protected]

To share your location on an iPhone


Open the Messages app,
create a new message to: [email protected]
In the message field please include
Bike Type
Issue Description
Where you are headed.

Then press the + button to the left of the Message Feild to add location from either Apple Maps or Goole Maps

Send Apple Map

You can share or stop sharing your location through Messages or Maps by tapping the location icon in a conversation or during navigation.
select + “Share My Location” Please allow upto 1 hour sharing, You will be able to stop sharing at any point OR when your issue is resolved.

Send Google Map

Press + button to the left of the Message Feild, and choose GoogleMaps,
A map will show up, then chose the Stopwatch “Share your real-time location for 1 hour”
You will want to open google maps to keep sharing your location while you walk.

To share your location on an Android Phone

Open Google Maps, tap your profile picture, select “Location sharing,” and choose to share your location for one hour.
Choose your message app or email app to send the Shared location link to: [email protected]
In the message field please include
Bike Type
Issue Description
Where you are headed.

After sending your message

Please call Billy’s Rentals to confirm we have received your request and you if you have shared your location by message.
We will be able to give you a Service ETA with a replacement Item.
